- Give your morning a healthy boost with Lemon Avocado Toast!!
- 1 large ripe avocado
- 1-2 slices of your favorite bread
- Mash avocado lightly in a bowl and add: ¼ tsp garlic powder, salt + pepper to taste, and 1-2 drops Lemon Vitality essential oil
- Toast the bread, then spread the seasoned avocado on top! Add a fried, pastured egg if desired or enjoy as is!
- Start your day with some gentle liver and immune system support!
- Add a drizzle of honey (optional) to the bottom of a mug, add 1-2 drops of Lemon Vitality essential oil, then fill with warm (not boiling!) water.
- This is also a great practice when defenses start to go down if you're feeling the need for some respiratory support that the colder months often require. Added bonus if you add a drop of Thieves and Copaiba Vitality for more health benefits!
- Add some zest to your salads and marinades by adding a few drops of Lemon Vitality to the mix! Try this simple dijon vinaigrette with Lemon, Orange or even Citrus Fresh Vitality:
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon organic dijon mustard
- ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2-3 drops Orange, Lemon or Citrus Fresh Vitality
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or another sweetener (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
- Mix all ingredients well with a whisk and use as desired! Shake gently before use.

- 6 oz. vanilla yogurt (or plain!)

- Mix yogurt and Orange Vitality and use as a dip for the fruit or mix the fruit in and refrigerate for an hour to chill then enjoy!
